The Swiss clean-tech company Hitachi Zosen Inova received the order to construct the second energy-from-waste power plant in Ferrybridge, UK. It is among Europe’s largest and most efficient plants of this kind.

Braavos GmbH dimensioned the cable connection between generator and generator circuit-breaker which carries incredible 5000 A at 11 kV. A total of 9 parallel cable systems in optimal configuration were needed. An alternative air-ventilated channel with busbars was calculated and designed.
